Edison Township Youth Basketball - Registration

Welcome to Edison Township Youth Basketball

To register your child you must pay in full using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card.

No cash payments will be accepted.  

Children who register will be placed on teams on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the availability of parents who volunteer to coach. Since our league is a volunteer league, we are looking for parents to coach their children and would like those parents who would like to coach to indicate such on the registration system. If we do not get enough parents to volunteer to coach, then those children who registered late will not be placed on a team and the monies paid would be refunded. *** The girls divisions will only be accepting those girls who are in 3rd grade up to the 10th grade. 

Parental Waiver and Consent Form: As a parent or legal guardian of the player or players being registered, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate as a team member in the Edison Township Youth Basketball (ETYB) League. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sports, as well as in traveling and other related activities incidental to my child's participating, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child, I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in ETYB's sports and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except for those brought to the attention of the League's player agent. In addition to giving full consent of my child's participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless ETYB, it officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in ETYB's sports and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
